To all our new members to Ceres – Welcome!
We are very excited for you all to becoming members of our terrific Ceres Family.
On your first day at class your Section Team manager will be in the foyer to welcome you and fill you in with any queries you may have.
A few things for you to know before the first day are noted below.
Calisthenics Victoria asks for all pupils to be registered with them. This ensures that they put you on their register and that your child has an insurance cover for when they are involved in all calisthenics activities.

At Ceres, the girls wear black leotards and footless tights. During Term One we will present the new members to each section with their official Ceres Team leotard. We like our girls to have their hair up in a bun and to have their hair tidy and out of their face.
Your section Coach will have a meeting with the parents group in the first two weeks of term to introduce herself and to give you a run down of the expectations of 2026.
Your section Team manager will be the person who will be able to guide you through all the things happening within your group. All our team managers are wonderful volunteers of our club who give so much of their time to help make your transition into our club as easy and friendly as possible. During the first few weeks our uniform coordinator Larissa Adey will be at class to give you information of how you are able to order your Ceres uniforms. Your Team manager will also be able to help organise any rods or clubs you may need for the year. Invoices for fees will be distributed within the first two weeks of term. We appreciate your prompt payment.
