Ceres Calisthenics Club is a championship-level club based in Ashwood, Victoria.

Established in 1987 as a married ladies’ team, we now have competition teams in every age group, from Tinies through to Masters. Since 2002, all age groups up to Seniors have been competing at Championship level. We also offer pupil skills classes, with many of our girls going on to compete in solos.

Purpose-Built Studios

The Electra Community Centre is home to Ceres Calisthenics Club’s purpose-built studios, as well as several other local community groups. The facility was built with an eye towards future sustainability and energy efficiency and is insulated far beyond the minimum requirement of the Building Code of Australia. We recently worked with Monash City Council to extend our facilities to include a third studio.

Classes for all ages

We welcome both girls and boys to participate in our classes at Ceres, and even have a dedicated boys’ team when numbers permit. We cater to all age groups, from Beginners (under 4) right through to Masters (over 26).

In addition to weekly classes, our pupils participate in annual camps. We also hold an annual Summer School which welcomes both  our ‘Ceres Stars’ and pupils from other clubs.
