Whether your daughter is completely new to calisthenics or already has experience, everyone is welcome at Ceres from 3 years of age.
With a welcoming community, 40 years of proud history, achievements, friendships and success, Ceres is a wonderful place for girls to learn, grow, build confidence and develop their skills.
2026 Open & Transition Days
Term 4 is a great opportunity to come along and experience what a Championship Calisthenics Club has to offer.
Our Open Days are open to girls who are interested in joining Ceres for 2027, giving them the opportunity to meet our coaches, experience a Ceres class and get a feel for our friendly and supportive club community.
Tinies Open Days

9.00am – 10.00am
Our Tinies sessions are particularly suitable for our younger girls and beginners who are looking to take their first steps into calisthenics.

What happens at our Transition Days?
Our current Ceres girls will have the opportunity to work with their age groups for 2027, while girls interested in joining Ceres will be welcomed into the sessions to experience our club.
A selection of Ceres coaches will work with the girls across the Transition Days, getting to know them and observing their skills, development and readiness as we begin organising our 2027 team selections.
Our team selections are based on each girl’s ability, development, readiness and individual needs, with the aim of placing every girl in a team where she can continue to learn, grow, build confidence and enjoy her calisthenics.
Most importantly, our Transition Days are about giving girls the opportunity to have fun, make new friends, learn new skills and experience the Ceres difference.
